stageflory started with a simple frustration: lighting, camera, sound, and set teams too often work from different plans on the same show. We brought all four disciplines under one crew, one cue sheet, and one production manager, so every live and recorded show we support runs without a dropped cue.

Our Story
From single-venue crews to full production support
stageflory grew out of years spent freelancing across UK theatres, conference venues, and outdoor stages, where lighting, camera, and sound crews were booked separately and rarely spoke to one another before show day. We built stageflory to close that gap.
Today, our crews are booked as a single production unit for everything from single-night theatre runs to multi-camera recorded broadcasts, working to one cue sheet agreed with the client well before load-in.
We keep our crew list deliberately experienced rather than large, so the same trusted technicians are the ones on headset for your show, whatever the venue or format.
