stageflory operates this website as a commercial resource focused on stage production materials for Course A, including detailed guidance on lighting design, camera positions, sound cues, set preparation and workflow optimisation for both live and recorded productions. By accessing or using any part of the site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The operator is located in the United Kingdom and all services are provided subject to UK law. These terms form a binding contract between you and stageflory. Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means stageflory.

Subject to the preceding section, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to stageflory in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stageflory, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site content, including any third-party claims relating to content you submit.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your right to pursue alternative dispute resolution or statutory remedies available under UK consumer protection legislation.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last Updated Date
